I recently had a college student intern for our company that really impacted my life. Though I have trained many interns in the past, this one had a zest for life, learning, and strong faith.
Starting out in her internship, she was very quiet and timid. But by the time she was finished, she was confident in her abilities and joking around with the rest of us! With thoughts about her future on my mind, I gave her my giving key on her last day... BELIEVE!! I wanted her to know that she not only should believe in herself and her abilities, but also believe that everything happens for a reason and that she will secure a job where she is needed. She was very grateful and I know she will eventually pass along the key to another.
