I Will Pay It Forward

Hi my name is Shelley Givins AKA Pepsi, I am a homeless woman that goes to LIFT for assistance in charting my goals to get back to living my life out of my own home. I became homeless over a year ago two months after graduating from college. I was devastated. My life long dream of going to college, graduating with a 3.7 GPA, 3 scholarships in one hand and becoming homeless in the other. It has been a journey I would not have chose for myself, but as I look back over my shoulder, I would not change a thing. I am becoming quite the advocate for the homeless woman. I plan to give the key to another homeless woman once I get the key to my own place. I must praise and thank God that the goal is in reach. I will pay it forward with the same love and care that it was given to me. I plan to start a pay it forward pledge on my facebook with my friends. I look forward to 2015 being a year of new beginnings and restoration of my life, and I can't find a better way than to reach out and lift someone with me.
