I gave my Key away yesterday with the word DREAM on it, to my beautiful friend Samantha Erickson who I met in December at a Care Center I started volunteering at. I was given this Key bracelet in December and it never crossed my mind I would be paying it forward to my new friend Samantha who has a severe condition and fights for her life daily, when I gave her the key she said, " This word means a lot to me, it means passion for life" we were both holding back tears and I was more then sure this was the right word for her. I have learned so much from Samantha, she is only 25 years old. She can't walk anymore and is in such a critical state that every time I begin to complain she helps remind me to be grateful and appreciative for the small, yet significant things in life. The Giving Keys you have helped change my life in a positive way, thank you. Now that I have seen and felt how powerful words can be, I want to keep going and paying it forward for life.
